ESL ANZ Championship S6 Finals set to start
The offline finals for the sixth edition of ESL Australia & New Zealand Championship will kick off on Friday, featuring eight Oceanic teams and ~$15,200 prize pool on offer.
The Australian event will run from June 15-17 at Supanova Expo in Sydney Showground, Olympic Park. Twice the number of teams have been given the opportunity to showcase their abilities in a LAN environment this season after the previous seasons' finals originally fielded four teams.
The eight teams have been separated into two groups, featuring a best-of-one, round-robin format. The top two teams of each group will advance to the best-of-three, single-elimination playoffs that will take place on the final two days.
